Our priority is the safety of the people who work for us and those in close proximity to the places we work. In our business, Health and Safety provision isn’t about ticking a ‘box’. It’s about understanding the very real risks that arise from our operations.

Simply, this is about driving sensible risk management techniques – based on putting practical measures in place to control working at height risks.

Individual cleaning jobs are comprehensively reviewed and surveyed prior to any work taking place to ensure site-based risk assessments and safe working methodology is systematically produced.  Where required, support is provided from a central Risk Management Team.

From our staff on the ground to our specialist abseiling teams, we retain some of the most robustly trained experts within the business - our people understand every aspect of working at height and in hazardous situations. This is essential if we’re to deliver a high quality of service combined with the safest methods of working and cleaning expertise to our clients.

We are also committed to adopting new innovations or better working practices and equipment that improves safety performance – recent examples include our investment in Easyreach systems (water-fed pole technology) to eliminate the need to work at height. We’ve also enhanced IT platforms to capture real-time data i.e. both quality and health and safety audits via PDAs prior to commencing the job. Whatever it takes to ensure safety, we’re committed to it.

We are pleased and proud to be amongst the first in our industry to hold the prestigious Safe Contractor accreditation certificate.  The Government approved scheme is designed to assure clients that our health and safety procedures and associated materials are maintained to the highest specification.
